Flame retardant rubber sheathed cable

I. usage

This product is a series of mining rubber sheathed flexible cable products. It is suitable for power connection of shearer and similar equipment with rated voltage uo / U of 1.9/3.3kv and below. It is mostly used in coal mines.

2、 Service conditions

The long-term allowable working temperature of the core is 65 ℃, and the bending radius of the wire is 6 times of the cable diameter. Sheathed cables shall not be exposed to sunlight for a long time.

Nuclear grade cable

Scope of application

·This product is applicable to the control and signal connection cables used in the control system network of nuclear power plant with rated voltage uo / U of 0.6/1kv.

·The allowable long-term working temperature of cable conductor is 90 ℃, the temperature of cable conductor in case of short circuit shall not exceed 250 ℃, and the duration shall not exceed 5 seconds.

·When laying cables, the ambient temperature shall not be lower than 0 ℃.

·The allowable bending radius for cable laying is:

- for unarmoured cable, it shall not be less than 6 times of cable diameter

- Cables with armored or copper tape results shall not be less than 12 times of cable diameter

- the flexible cable with structure shall not be less than 6 times of cable diameter.

·When the long-term allowable working temperature of conductor is not more than 90 ℃, the cable identification life shall not be less than 40 years.

·The finished cable shall meet the requirements of class a bunched combustion test specified in GB / t18380.3.

·Smoke density of finished cable: the light transmittance shall not be less than 70%.

·Radiation resistance: 25 × 104gy

·Halogen free: during combustion of non-metallic materials, the acidity (expressed as pH value) of the escaping gas shall be greater than 4.3; the conductivity shall not be greater than 10 μ s / mm.
